Hill Street Psychology is conveniently located at 93 Hill Street in West Hobart. The practice is a 25 minute walk or a 10 minute drive from the CBD. There is easy parking and transport is within walking distance.
Dr Jacqui Triffitt is the Principal Psychologist and practices as a Clinical Psychologist and Sport and Exercise Psychologist. Jacqui works with government departments, private businesses and with sporting organisations. She works with elite athletes at National and Olympic levels across a variety of individual and team sports. Jacqui’s approach incorporates Cognitive-behavioural therapy, Mindfulness and Acceptance and Commitment therapy. She facilitates a process that assists people to understand and reshape the way they do things so change is sustainable and consistent with their health and well-being.
Jacqui has developed the Back in the Driver’s Seat® programme to help people manage driving-related anxiety, and build their driving confidence to start or return to driving generally or in specific situations. She has also published the Back in the Driver’s Seat® book which has been sold nationally and internationally.
Jacqui facilitates professional development workshops that can be tailored to the specific context and requirements of the organisation and provides consultancy services.
